بين العلم والثقافة: آفاق جديدة في البحث العلمي

The rapid increase in science and knowledge in the last two decades is in the interest of the progress of society, but it imposes a greater burden on scientists and researchers. In a time when development is accelerating and achievements are interacting, we are in a dismal need of creative stimulation of a scientific and constructive critical nature that feeds the judgment of valuable arbitrators on fruitful works that present their ideas and discuss them effectively. With the modern progress that strikes the world, our understanding and awareness has developed and has made science and culture not separate fields; they are indeed extraordinary spices for constructing civilization, and are rather a two-sided coin. All sciences are not just equations or laboratory experiments, but rather the culture and civilization of peoples. We try as much as possible to clarify the extent of our interest and effective participation in serving those societies.

Such topics are addressed in this issue, and we see how culture influences scientific research trends such as environmental technologies or environmental research, and technological innovation. These ideas reflect how the relationship between science and culture is not only a field of inspiration, but a means of achieving sustainable development, and building a bridge of understanding between the world’s different civilizations. In our magazine, we do not seek to present science only, but also spread ideas that enable societies to create issues that provoke discussion and brainstorming. We firmly believe that science cannot flourish in isolation from society, which leads to questions about how to understand this advancement in science and this vast cultural path. We believe that science is not a field confined to the boundaries of a university or a lab; it is the bridge for human communication and understanding upon which one can rely in resemblance of change.

Above all, words of profound gratitude and respect to all the researchers, reviewers, and editors involved in publishing this issue of the journal. We hope that you find something in these pages that sparks an idea and leads to creativity and discussion with original and useful goals.

إنّ ازدياد العلم والمعرفة بشكل سريع في العقدين الأخيرين يصب في صالح تقدم المجتمع، إلا إنّ ذلك يملي عبئًا أكبر على كاهل العلماء والباحثين. ففي الزمن الذي يتسارع فيه التّطور وتتفاعل  الإنجازات نكون بحاجة ماسة إلى تحفيز إبداعي ذو طابع علمي ونقدي، ونكون بحاجة إلى بناء مذهل يغذّية حكم المحكمين القيّمين على الأعمال المثمرة التي تقدّم أفكارهم ومناقشاتهم بشكل فعّال. ومع التقدم الحديث الذي يضرب العالمية، تطوّر فهمنا وإدراكنا  بأنّ العلم والثقافة ليسا مجالات منفصلة، وهذه فعلًا توابل غير عادية لصنع الحضارة بل هي عملة ذات وجهين. فكل العلوم والمسافات ليست فقط معادلات أو تجارب مخبريّة بل هي ثقافة الشّعوب وحضارتهم. إننا نحاول قدر المستطاع أنّ نوضّح مدى اهتمامنا ومشاركتنا الفعالة في خدمة تلك المجتمعات.

تُتناول مثل هذه المواضيع في هذا الإصدار، فنلمس كيف تؤثر الثقافة على اتجاهات البحث العلمي كتقنيات البيئة أو البحث البيئي، والابتكار التكنولوجي. تعكس هذه الأفكار كيف أن العلاقة بين العلم والثقافة هي ليست مجالًا للإلهام فقط، بل هي وسيلة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وبناء جسر للتفاهم بين حضارات العالم المختلفة.

و في مجلتنا لا نسعى إلى تقديم العلم فقط، بل نسعى إلى نشر الأفكار التي تمكّن المجتمعات من إحداث قضايا مثيرة نقاشًا وعصفًا ذهنيًا. وبشكل قاطع، نحن نؤمن أنّه لا يمكن للعلم أن يزدهر بمعزل عن المجتمع، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى تساؤلات حول كيفيّة فهم هذا الرّقي في العلم وهذا المسار الثقافي الشّاسع. إنّنا نؤمن أنّ العلم ليس حيزًا محصورًا بالجامعات أو المختبرات وإنما جسر للتواصل الإنساني، وفهم يمكن الاستناد إليه لأيّ شبه في التغيير.

وأخيرًا، نود أن نبدي خالص شكرنا واحترامنا لكل الباحثين والمراجعين، والمحررين الذين ساهموا في إصدار هذا العدد من هذه المجلة. ونحن نتمنى أنكم تلقون في صفحاته فكرة تحفز الإبداع والنقاش التي تمثل هذه الأهداف الأصيلة والمجدية.
